IT IS WITH DEEP REGRET THAT THE 2025 AUSTRALIAN SOAPING AND CANDLE CONFERENCE IS NOW CANCELLED .

Refunds are being issued - please refer to emails .

We have started online refunds first and then will go down the list. We ask you to understand that they will be issued through Shopify unless we have organised through direct transfers.

This is a very stressful and unfortunate time. we would like to take the opportunity to state the following.

Who issues refunds - they come from Australian soaping candle conference and DO NOT come from the venue where this was to be held. Please do not contact them for refunds as they are no more than a venue to host events.

Contacts - the only person that is your contact is Rhonda (one one else has any authority or is no way involved in refunds.

Refund times- as I’m sure you can understand, when an event is cancelled there are still many costs involved and that means refunds take time.
every person that is owed a refund will be paid out.

This event was set up to try to help the community of small soap makers which I believe we did for a number of years so in return we ask for time to issue refunds as it’s not an easy task.

Emails will be checked fortnightly and responded to.

I would like to thank the huge outpouring of love towards my situation and support by most and as anyone that’s been in this situation knows it’s very difficult . Stressful and causes huge implications. There are a few people that have sent very cruel emails and phone calls and I will not respond to those. As stated every person will be getting a refund that’s entitled to one.

To answer the questions on will the conference be going next year - The answer is NO IT WILL NOT. Sadly there is no plans to continue the conference.
